Nice
As a fellow frame-by-framer, I would have to say that I found it awesome that you used the eraser tool so much... it is oddly neglected throughout most fbf animations. Very cool, very unique style, I hope you keep it up.

appreciated
Really, I think what you have here is a gem. The Newgrounds community has been plagued with the overabundance of bad reviewers, who will use their deep intllectual minds to produce ridiculous one-word reviews, and call it a review.... and mark zero in all categories.
But Newgrounds strikes a careful balance in that regard. For every poor review, theres going to be a massively awesome review, where someone is going to be too nice and give too high a score. If there was an elimination of either side, there would be a huge imbalance.
However, getting back to your piece, I thought it was informational. It was good in telling us what we need to know, however, what people really want is interaction or animation. Slideshows just are not glitzy enough to get people to stop in awe. My proposition is the infuse some comedic animation or some kind of interactive game... you kind of had the right idea with the quiz.
Anywho, hope people will read this and catch the drift.

Me too, thanks for your review and suggestions.
Still my favorite flash artist
Your work still never ceases to amaze me, loved the first one, loved the second! Incredible work!

Excellent!
This movie is fantastic. At first, the concept kind of threw me. How could an animation with a bear and a banjo be any good at all? But that was changed quickly. The animation is simple yet fun, and the characters are fun to watch. The music sync was done really well, and it's awesome what ideas you had for which animals. This is great, keep up the good work. Hope you continue to produce more flash.

i do, check up on zool152004, lots of been cartoons for you to watch, cheers
Great job
Thank God someone is paying attention to these video game anniversaries. Without you, we would never had realized just how old we really were getting already... geez, it was just yesterday that Genesis was battling it out with the super NES for supreme 16 bit goodness. Great job on this one, and thanks for riviving some old friends.

Erm...was it actually yesterday or...?
Incredible Drawing
You really put a lot of effort into drawing this movie. The ships were done well, the backgrounds were fantastic, like the sun, that was awesome! You really have a great ability to draw in flash.
However, your lacking side is the animation. It's just all a bunch of simple tweens that you did. I would really work on cleaning up the animation and getting the film ready for an awesome release. I won't bug you about sound effects, because for graphics that good, I know you should finish with some sound as well. Great job, hope that you continue.

Great~!
Man, they were so happy until that polar bear came. Argh! Anyway, I like your style, and your awesome idea to make a penguin animation. I hope you continue, you have a lot better drawing skills than most that I see on Newgrounds. Good luck!

Awesome
I'm not a big fan of sprite flashes, but for some reason, this one caught my eye. It was interesting in the fact that you took normal sprite animation and you elaborated on it... you didn't just stick to shooting normal fireballs or ridiculous jumping. Mario was flipping around the stage, it was awesome! Cross platforming it was awesome too. Some of your effects are pretty good for your first submission.
If I were to fix it at all, I would space your timing a bit differently. Execution was a bit slow in some parts, and the movie would drag out... like when we have to watch the sequence of lives and the score dropping down.
Otherwise, great job, hope to see more, hopefully a round 2. Good luck!

You will See a Round 2 Soon!
Great job
I think many fail to realize the difference a good stick figure animation can make. Yes, most of the animation coming through the portal about stick figures is because people are too lazy to draw actual body parts. But this artist, however, really knows how to animate. The graphics were awesome, the scenes were beautifully done, and it was overall a great flash animation.
Incomplete, but for all that it was, it was good. Congratulations on this one. You have worked hard for a good cause.
