So the hunt begins. Looking for somewhere to live next year, hopefully to own.
We've lived in apartments for the past 5 years, now I think I want to buy something. With the marriage and the economy everything seems to be lining up for it. We don't want anything ridiculous, but something to settle into and to call home.

try to find a house that isnt to big or to small if you have {or planning to have kids } then you should get 1 livingroom 1 bath 3 normal rooms obviously a kitchen {i know CR*P about houses} when you need to just add on to the house {you might want like 1-3 acres and again i know crap about houses} i know that whatever in ur life u will do u will suceed {goes with adding on}
u should buy a condo :D I hear those are great.
